Meet Gail

Gail Johnsey is a Real Estate Professional, Professional Stager and Home Design Consultant offering services to both home buyers and sellers in the state of Florida. She provides services primarily located in Destin, Miramar Beach, Santa Rosa Beach, Rosemary Beach, 30A, Inlet Beach, Alys Beach, Freeport, Panama City Beach and surrounding areas. 

Gail started her Real Estate career in 2006 as a Real Estate Investor and Affiliate Broker for new construction and existing homes. Throughout Gail's personal and professional experience, she understands what it takes to ease the complexity of home searching and contract negotiations.
Her exceptional relationship, negotiation, communication and time management skills earned her the respect and trust by all of her clients. 

Gail tributes 20 years as a Senior Project Manager for large corporations throughout Memphis and Chicago as she successfully managed several multi-million dollar projects that produced high revenue results and established long-lasting client relationships.

She is dedicated to providing solutions and producing results that will satisfy her clients and complete the process seamlessly. Her creative mindset allows her to guide her clients through selling their home for the highest and quickest sale by providing design and staging consulting. 

Gail's interpersonal skills, trust, loyalty, confidentiality, and compassion provides an additional comfort level to her clients as they go through life transitions and new beginnings.
